After completing my MA at Chelsea School of Art London I opened a new contemporary art project space above the infamous nightclub, The Blue Note, Hoxton Square, Shoreditch, London. I was fortunate to work with many exciting artists, for example, Tracey Emin, Cornelia Parker, The Chapman Brothers and Gary Hume.
I have exhibited and curated widely, for example at the ICA London and at 6 d.o.g.s Athens Greece. My art practice and teaching practice have gradually synchronised as I create collaborative projects that bring students and tutor together to make new collective works for exhibition and residency opportunities. I have also initiated a suite of student global network projects that are integrated into our Fine Art Degree.
Gaining valuable experience at several educational institutions, I have enjoyed my time working at Cardiff School of Art, Plymouth College of Art, Swindon School of Art and Derby City College. I am now the course leader for the BA (Hons) Fine Art Degree at Arts Uni. Bournemouth and am fortunate to work with an outstanding team of staff to help design the curriculum for an excellent learning experience.

2020 – Aesthetica Magazine Future Now Symposium at York St. John Uni. Chaired panel discussion titled ‘how to get ahead as an emerging artist’ and conducted public portfolio review session
2020 – Manchester Met’ – State Uni. New York - AUB 'Paint Exchange'; collaborated with colleagues to devise a triangulated inter-university project, large canvases are rolled and mailed to each Uni. with painting instructions created by students for their peers to react to in groups
